Quality Coordinator

Your mission

As we continue to expand our product offerings, we are seeking a talented Quality Coordinator to join our team.

You will play a vital role in ensuring the excellence of all areas of Bisly business starting from sales, operations and ending with product development (both software and hardware) and customer support. Your primary responsibility will be to investigate problems, analyze root causes, and derive effective resolutions to maintain the highest standards of quality in our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensuring product quality in cooperation with operations department.
Coordination of quality topics- problem investigation, root cause analysis, developing solutions with different stakeholders.
Development of technical and installation documents to ensure process standardization.
Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for resolving quality-related issues.

Your profile

To succeed in this role, you’ll have:

BA/MA in electronics or IT (or currently studying) or similar or strong technical mindset
Experience in quality engineering/coordination in hardware manufacturing or installation
Experienced in planning of quality control and its implementation
Strong problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail
Excellent English communication skills and proactiveness
Kick ass attitude;)
