Your mission
With a focus on the Baltics and Nordics region, we're seeking a dynamic and results-driven VP of Business Development to lead our expansion efforts and drive growth in target markets. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our company by identifying new business opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and expanding our market presence across the region. Reporting to CCO, you will lead a talented team of professionals and collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to drive revenue growth and achieve our ambitious business objectives.
Key responsibilities:
Market Expansion: Establish and grow the business in the dedicated region(s), focusing initially on the Baltics building automation market and Nordic partner network building. Work in alignment with the company's go-to-market strategy and individual sales goals.
Strategy Execution: Manage the daily execution of the go-to-market strategy, ensuring order intake meets or exceeds budgeted targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities by fostering strong customer relationships.
Compliance and Regulation: Stay informed and compliant with local regulations and business requirements. Implement processes and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute long-term strategic plans for business growth in the region, aligning with overall company objectives.
Partner Network Development: Onboard and cultivate a partner network necessary to expand business reach and facilitate installations for end-customers.
Reporting and Collaboration: Provide regular reports on weekly/monthly activities and participate in management meetings and strategy discussions.
