Your mission
You will be responsible for driving different employee initiatives that enhance the workplace experience & employee engagement whilst fostering a culture of growth and happiness. As Bisly is a growing startup, this role is dynamic and offers numerous opportunities to expand and develop within the people-related field. Whether it’s shaping company culture, optimizing office operations, or contributing to broader People & Culture initiatives, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Workplace & Office Management 
  • Manage day-to-day HQ office operations to ensure Bislyans enjoy a welcoming, well-functioning, and inspiring workplace (e.g., keeping the kitchen stocked, managing inventory, overseeing regular maintenance and office improvements)
  • Liaise with facility management and service providers (e.g., company cars, cleaning services, security)
  • Act as the workplace environment specialist for our Tallinn office
  • Be the first point of contact for employees regarding office-related matters
Employee Experience & Culture 
  • Lead and organise company-wide events, celebrations, and traditions that strengthen our culture and sense of community
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth and positive employee experience (e.g., paperwork, benefits setup, IT provisioning)
  • Support and enhance internal communication, keeping employees informed, engaged, and aligned with company updates, initiatives, and values
  • Contribute to employer branding efforts that showcase Bisly as a great place to work (e.g., launching an employee Instagram page)
  • Provide support in other People & Culture-related topics and initiatives as needed
To succeed in this role, you'll have
  • Previous experience in the People & Culture field
  • Fluency in both English and Estonian, written and spoken; any additional language is a plus
  • A genuine care for people and a passion for helping others
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise and stay focused
  • The ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity
  • A positive, can-do attitude in everything you do
  • Excellent communication skills
