As the market leader in Estonia, we're now expanding into several markets, including Germany. This is where you come in.
Your mission
We're looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative (DACH) to spearhead our growth in this key market. 
 
Job description and goals:  

  • Identify potential customers in Germany and generate new business opportunities for the company.  
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for reaching sales targets. 
  • Use Hubspot CRM software to manage leads and sales activities.  
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, competition, and industry developments.  
  • Attend networking events and trade shows to build relationships and generate leads.  
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to the sales and marketing teams. 
Your profile
To succeed in this role, you’ll have:

  • 2-3 years of experience in sales or customer service
  • Fluent German language skills (spoken and written) at a native or near-native level
  • PropTech and/or real estate experience 
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change
  • desire to learn and grow in the sales field
This position requires the candidate to be located in Estonia. 
 

Additional qualities that would be an advantage: 

  • Knowledge of lifecycle marketing and email campaign strategies
