Your mission
We are looking for a skilled and solution-oriented building automation Technical Support Specialist to join our team. You will collaborate closely with our technical team and partners, serving as the technical expert to solve automation challenges.
 
Responsibilities:

  • Implement and integrate various HVAC and building climate control solutions and ensuring seamless installation and operation on customer sites.
  • Take ownership of complex customer incidents and provide hands-on on-site support for resolving them.
  • Support partner onboarding and offer technical assistance with maintaining documentation for technical customer support processes. 
  • Collaborate with the hardware solutions team to understand clients' business challenges, technical needs, and goals.
  • Offer market feedback to the product development team for both software and hardware improvements.
Your profile
Requirements:

  • Technical background with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts.
  • 1-3 years of work experience in building automation and/or in low-voltage electrical systems.
  • Degree in building automation or in low-voltage electrical systems (Vocational or Bachelor’s degree).
  • Prior experience in a presales or technical consulting role is an advantage.
  • Prior experience working with BAC protocols (Modbus, KNX, BACnet) is an advantage. 
  • A category B driving license.
  • Fluency in Estonian and proficiency in English is required.
