Your mission

As the Head of Demand Generation at Bisly, you will be responsible for driving measurable growth through data-driven marketing strategies. You thrive in analysing metrics, identifying trends, and optimising campaigns to achieve aggressive revenue targets. Leading a sales development team, you’ll oversee the strategy, execution, and performance of marketing initiatives across our priority markets. Reporting to the CCO, and collaborating closely with senior leadership, sales, and customer teams, you'll align marketing strategies with business objectives to accelerate Bisly’s success in Europe.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Data-Driven Strategies: Design and implement high-growth revenue marketing strategies, using analytics to inform decisions and optimise campaigns for maximum impact;
  • Team leading: Inspire and guide our sales development representative team, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring alignment with overall growth objectives;
  • Fosterering Sales Alignment: Partner closely with the sales team to develop and execute integrated campaigns and prospecting motions that resonate with target audiences;
  • Lead cross functional collaboration between marketing, sales and product to connect the dots and drive the greatest amount of impact;
  • Optimise Campaign Performance: Leverage insights from marketing metrics to refine campaigns, ensuring alignment with growth goals and delivering measurable ROI;
  • Drive Marketing Excellence: Own the end-to-end development and execution of all marketing programs;
  • Budget Management: Strategically allocate and manage budgets to scale high-impact programs and maximise outcomes from the marketing activites;
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, freelancers, and vendors to support marketing initiatives;
  • Ensure Bisly's brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints
To succeed in this role, you'll have
  • 3+ years of demand generation experience, preferably in B2B/building automation technology or construction-related industries. Experience in partner marketing and/or channel marketing is a bonus
  • Expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing;
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate business goals into actionable marketing plans;
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to create compelling content;
  • Analytical mindset with experience in measuring and optimizing campaign performance;
  • Creative problem-solver skills with a hands-on, results-driven approach;
  • Fluency in English and preferably in Estonian; German language is a bonus;
  • Passion about sustainability, technology, and making a positive impact;
  • Personality such as: Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment; collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
