Your mission
Build and lead the Operations & Supply Chain team, consisting of automation project managers and specialists, with an aim to efficiently deliver Bisly projects and products accross Europe. A significant proportion of the job includes supply chain and EMS-type supplier management for cost-efficient and timely delivery of quality goods. In this role you will need to work cross-functionally with our technology and commercial teams in order to find the best possible operational models to satisfy the growing demand. As you are joining in the early scale-up phase of the company, you will have a lot of freedom and responsibility to design the way of working.
