Your mission
Build and lead the Operations & Supply Chain team, consisting of automation project managers and specialists, with an aim to efficiently deliver Bisly projects and products accross Europe. A significant proportion of the job includes supply chain and EMS-type supplier management for cost-efficient and timely delivery of quality goods. In this role you will need to work cross-functionally with our technology and commercial teams in order to find the best possible operational models to satisfy the growing demand. As you are joining in the early scale-up phase of the company, you will have a lot of freedom and responsibility to design the way of working.
Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and manage procurement and supply chain to ensure OTIF;
    • Manage EMS and supplier relationships to ensure performancequality, and delivery targets are met.
    • Align supply with demand forecasts by collaborating with sales and operations for accurate planning.
    • Optimize procurement strategies to reduce costs and secure components from reliable third-party vendors.
    • Oversee logistics and inventory to ensure smooth product flow and avoid shortages or excess.
    • Mitigate supply risks by monitoring disruptions and building contingency plans with alternate sources.
  • Lead Bisly system installation projects portfolio from start to finish through successful management of your team of automation engineers and partners;
  • PnL responsibility both in SCM and in project deployment,
  • Ensure high-quality work from both your team and external partnerscontinuously improving the operating model and team competence;
  • Analyze projects and identify opportunities for improved efficiency;
  • Manage a team of professionalsencouraging growth and development;
  • Collaborate closely with hardware and software development teams to provide input for product development.
To succeed in this role, you'll have
  • Solid experience from supply chain management
  • Technical understanding of hardware products
  • 5-10 years of experience in the field
  • Team leadership experience;
  • Decision-making skills and a strong sense of ownershipresponsibility and urgency;
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on teamworksystematization, and initiativ;
  • creative and entrepreneurial spirit to build and improve systems;
  • Proficiency in Estonian and English (written and spokenis essential.
