Your mission
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team of dedicated professionals.  

As the Business Development Manager for the Polish market, you will be responsible for driving operational sales activities, building relationships with clients, and ensuring business growth. Your primary focus will be on finding new clients, establishing long-term partnerships, and selling Bisly’s building automation solutions. This role is ideal for a natural business entrepreneur with a strong technical affinity for building automation and knowledge of the local regulatory environment. With ambition to grow the local presence and footprint of Bisly.
Key Responsibilities
  • Got to Market development and executionDevelop and execute a go-to-market strategy for Poland's BAS market (focus on multi-dwelling units and light commercial properties). 
  • Partnership developmentEstablish strong partnerships with distributorssystem integrators, and smart building consultants.
  • Client acquisition: Identifyreach out to, and build relationships with potential customers across Poland including property developers
    construction companies, MEP contractors, and real estate investors.
  • Sales execution: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
    focusing on direct engagement with customers and decision-makers.
  • Regulatory understanding: Leverage your knowledge of building automation regulations in Germany 
    to navigate compliance and support customers in implementing regulatory-compliant solutions.
  • Technical consultation: Utilize your technical understanding of building 
    automation to consult with customers and propose tailored solutions that meet their needs.
  • Sales reporting: Regularly report on sales activitiespipeline progress, and market feedbackensuring alignment with overall business goals.
To succeed in this role, you'll have
  • 4+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably within the building automation or technology sectors.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully growing sales and building long-term client relationships in Poland.
  • Technical affinity with building automation solutions, including energy management, smart building systems, or IoT technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of Polish building automation regulations is a significant plus.
  • A self-starter mindset, thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with a passion for growing businesses and taking ownership of new opportunities.
  • Fluent in Polish and a good command of English (written and spoken).
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
