Your mission
As the Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for building and nurturing strategic alliances across Europe as we scale our smart building solutions into new regions and verticals. Your primary focus will be to accelerate Bisly’s market growth by building, nurturing, and scaling strategic partnerships that in return will drive sales, increase brand reach, and enhance customer success.  The Partnership Manager will serve as the bridge between Bisly and key ecosystem players — from system integrators and distributors to real estate developers and technology collaborators — ensuring that our smart building automation solutions are widely adopted and effectively delivered across target markets.
Key Responsibilities
  • Partnership development: Identifyinitiate, and manage strategic partnerships with distributorstechnology providerssystem integrators, real estate developers, and energy companies;
  • Partner support: Aid partners in technical review of project documentation and project BOM 
    creation based around Bisly product offering. Consult and advise partners or end customers on value proposition and Bisly ecosystem
  • Partnership managementNegotiate partnership termsco-selling agreements, and joint 
    go-to-market initiatives;
  • Partner progress reportingMonitor partner performancepipeline contribution, and relationship health using CRM and reporting tools;
  • Internal CollaborationCollaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to design and deliver joint value propositions;
  • Bisly RepresentationRepresent Bisly at events, partner summits, and joint campaigns to raise brand visibility and partner engagement;
  • Continuous improvementContinuously research market trends and competitors to identify  new partnership opportunities.
To succeed in this role, you'll have
  • 4+ years of experience in partnershipsbusiness developmentor channel salespreferably in smart techIoT, BMS, or related industries.
  • Strong commercial acumen and a proven track record of structuring great partnerships.
  • Technical affinity with building automation solutions, including energy management, smart building systems, or IoT technologies.
  • Experience working across multiple markets and cultures in a B2B environment.
  • Exceptional relationship-buildingnegotiation, and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-movingstartup-like environment with high autonomy.
  • Fluent in English/Estonian (additional Batlic languages are a plus).
