Your mission
We're looking for a Content Marketing Manager who is a great storyteller to join our team and supercharge our content strategies. In this role, you’ll spend around 80% of your time working on engaging content and 20% managing our social media presence. You’ll understand how to tailor messages to different personas while weaving together a compelling narrative that aligns with our brand.
Key Responsibilities
  • Take overall responsibility for our content production — from strategy and ideation with the Head of Demand Gen to execution and impact analysis;
  • Help develop messaging, run experiments, and contribute to our ABM and ABX strategies;
  • Lead the creation of all types of content: blog posts, case studies, sales enablement materials (battle cards, one-pagers, decks, etc.), event flyers, video and audio content, and more;
  • Manage our social media presence: develop a strategy that uses social as both a branding and conversion tool and bring it to life;
  • Help us launch an inbound channel that drives audience growth, engagement, and a consistent flow of qualified leads (MQLs).
To succeed in this role, you'll have
  • 4-5 years of experience in content production in tech with a track record of crafting high-performing content;
  • Proven experience strategizing and creating content for different stages of the funnel;
  • Practical experience applying SEO best practices in content creation;
  • Solid understanding of how to measure content success and its impact on revenue;
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact scale-up environment — no micromanaging here;
  • Experience using AI tools for content creation — we’d love to hear about the tech stack you rely on;
  • Hands-on experience managing and growing social media channels as conversion drivers;
  • Deep understanding of B2B content marketing principles;
  • Bi-lingual fluency in English (all content will be in English).

    Bonus points for: 
    · Product marketing experience in tech — hardware or software.
    · Startup experience.
    · Brand marketing experience.
    · Data-driven mindset and approach to content.
    · Fluency in German (nice to have but not necessary)
