Your mission
We’re seeking a skilled and consultative Solutions Engineer to support our direct and partner sales efforts. You’ll play a pivotal role across the sales lifecycle—working with prospects and partners pre- and post-sale to design, present, and implement technical solutions that align with Bisly’s value proposition. You will collaborate closely with Account Executives, Channel Partners, and our Product and Delivery teams to ensure a smooth customer journey—from qualification and technical evaluation to deployment and success.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support the commercial team in solution design;
  • Translate customer requirements into smart building solutions using Bisly’s automation portfolio;
  • Build and present technical proposals, system architectures, and integration plans;
  • Participate in stakeholder meetings with developers, engineers, consultants, and integrators;
  • Contribute to price quotations, technical documentation, and tender submissions;
  • Serve as a technical expert during qualification (aligned with B.I.S.L.Y.) and throughout the deal cycle;
  • Tailor presentations and demos to specific client personas (e.g., real estate, operations, finance);
  • Educate partners and customers on Bisly’s differentiators: cost efficiency, simplicity, and unified control;
  • Prepare price offers and develop inhouse quotation tooling for streamlining quote preparation;
  • Provide technical support during implementation handover;
  • Collaborate with delivery and integration teams to resolve post-sale technical issues. 
To succeed in this role, you'll have
  • 3+ years in a Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Technical Consulting role (preferably in building automation, IoT, or BMS);
  • Strong understanding of smart building technologies, KNX, or Loxone (bonus);
  • Experience supporting complex B2B sales cycles;
  • Ability to teach and tailor technical content to non-technical stakeholders;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in Estonian and English (German is a bonus);

    Bonus points for:
  • Experience working with CRM (e.g., HubSpot) and sales documentation tools;
  • Preferably degree in engineering, building automation, or a related technical field.
