We are looking for an experienced People & Culture Manager to join our team of dedicated professionals.
Your mission
As the People & Culture Manager at Bisly, your mission is to build and foster an inspiring, supportive, and high-performing workplace where our employees feel engaged, valued, and empowered to grow. You will be the driving force behind shaping Bisly’s culture, strengthening our employer brand, and ensuring that every stage of the employee journey - from recruitment to everyday employee experience - reflects our values and contributes to our long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
As we expand internationally, you will have the opportunity to shape the People function at a pivotal stage of growth, helping us scale from a successful Estonian market leader into an international organization operating across Europe. Key ownership areas include:
Drive employee engagement, wellbeing, and belonging initiatives across the organization;
Foster a strong company culture through communications, events, and shared experiences;
Manage the employee lifecycle, HR processes, documentation, and HRIS administration;
Partner with managers on leadership effectiveness, performance, compensation, and employee development;
Lead end-to-end recruitment and employer branding initiatives;
Coordinate workplace experience, office operations, facilities management, and related budgets.
